Laser vaginal tightening uses controlled thermal energy to stimulate collagen remodelling and tissue regeneration within the vaginal canal. It requires no anaesthesia, takes approximately twenty minutes per session, and involves no downtime. Most patients require two to three sessions for optimal results. Surgical vaginal tightening, or precision V-Intimoplasty, is a procedure for patients where the degree of laxity exceeds what laser or thread treatments can reliably correct. The choice between laser and surgical approaches depends on clinical examination, the degree of laxity, the patient's goals, and preference for surgical versus non-surgical treatment, all discussed at the first consultation at Shri Kripalu Hospital, Beed.
