Post-childbirth restoration treatment should begin at least six months after delivery and after breastfeeding is complete. This waiting period allows normal tissue healing to occur and ensures that treatment addresses residual concerns rather than changes that would resolve independently. Starting earlier may produce incomplete results, as the tissues are still remodelling. The programme is tailored to each patient's specific post-delivery changes and may combine laser treatment, PRP therapy, thread procedures, HIFEM neuromuscular stimulation, and labiaplasty where relevant, all available at Shri Kripalu Hospital, Asef Nagar, Beed.
